ExoCope™ is an advanced technology of nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA) system complicated with detection system for single extracellular vesicles (EVs) labelled with multiple colors of fluorescence. This new technology is realized by one-spot aligned 4-color laser engine.
ExoCope™ provides 6-dimensional raw information per every single EV: diameter, 4-color intensity (scatter & fluorescence) and stochastic particle
number. With the 6-dimensional dataset of numerous number of particles, you can choose any desired combination of values to be analyzed. This enables to represent subpopulation distribution in heterogeneous EVs sample. Furthermore, with proper threshold, you can count number of EVs bearing specific antigen and evaluate their portion to total particle. ExoCope™ is based on NTA, so convenience on handling and intuitive real-time monitoring is unchanged. The monitoring entire measurement makes it easy troubleshoot protocol and status of unknown sample.
